The flexible solution for your high resolution HLA typing
HLA-SuBiTo NGStype® uses Next-Generation-Sequencing for high resolution HLA typing of up to 11 loci and many samples in parallel.
It features the iniitial long-range PCR and gives you the freedom of choice for a sequencing method. You can choose between single or a few samples on ONT devices or many samples on Illumina oder MGI sequencing devices.
The collected data is automatically analyzed on the convenient and powerful NGStype® software.
