The flexible solution for your high resolution HLA typing
HLA-SuBiTo NGStype® uses Next-Generation-Sequencing for high resolution HLA typing of up to 11 loci and many samples in parallel.
It features the initial long-range PCR and gives you the freedom of choice for a sequencing method. Illumina and MGI platforms enable parallel sequencing of many samples, while scalable ONT devices support sequencing of either single samples or many samples in parallel.
The collected data is automatically analyzed on the convenient and powerful NGStype® software.
