Thaw HLA-Ready Plate plates 10-15 min. before use

R

Dispense 1 µl (2000 - 3000) lymphoytes to each well in the tray

R

Incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes

R

Thaw frozen rabbit complement of reconstitute lyphilized complement

R

Add 5 - 6 µl rabbit complement to each well and incubate at room temperature for 60 min

R

Add 3 - 4 µl easin (5 %), wait 5 minutes, add 5 - 6 µl formaldehyde (37 %) for fixation

R

Cover with glass slides and read the Ready Plates with the inverted phase microscope
