For determination of the RHD zygosity status a discrimination between DD and Dd samples is necessary. The RBC-FluoGene RHD Zygosity Q test system is a fluorescence based quantification of the RHD exons 1 and 10 from genomic DNA for RHD zygosity determination by real-time PCR. The evaluation of the RHD zygosity status is performed by a ΔΔCt-calculation. The test system is available since April 2022 – find more information here.
